By accessing or using Drimbu's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Description of service
Drimbu provides a cloud-based hospitality management platform including property management, revenue management, channel management, direct bookings, and AI-powered tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
User accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period.
Intellectual property
Drimbu and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Drimbu and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.
Limitation of liability
Drimbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
